Lotterer entered the ABB FIA Formula E Championship following a successful career in endurance racing, including 3 victories in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the drivers’ title in the FIA World Endurance Championship. After completing 4 seasons with the TAG Heuer Porsche team, the German sets himself a new challenge at the start of the Gen3 era, lining up for Avalanche Andretti – an American team now running German Porsche powertrains.
