Alejandro Garcià made his racing debut in the NACAM Formula 4 Championship for the 2018-19 season. He scored 3 podiums in his debut season and finished the season 5th overall. For the 2020 season, he competed in the F4 Spanish Championship where he finished 22nd in the overall standings. 

The following year he remained in the championship and finished the year in 24th. For 2022, Garcià moved to the Euroformula Open Championship to race for Team Motopark. He scored 1 podium and finished the year in 7th place overall. For the 2023 season, the Mexican driver is set to make his F3 debut to drive for Jenzer Motorsport.
